Choosing India for my 200 hour yoga teacher training in india was one of the best decisions I could have made. Since India is the birthplace of yoga, the experience felt much more authentic and meaningful compared to regular yoga classes back home. The spiritual atmosphere, traditional teachings, and peaceful surroundings created the perfect environment for learning and self-discovery. Every day felt immersive because yoga became part of the entire lifestyle rather than just a daily activity. I loved being surrounded by people who were genuinely passionate about yoga and personal growth. The training gave me the opportunity to disconnect from stress and focus completely on my wellbeing. By the end of the course, I felt deeply connected to both yoga and myself in a way I had never experienced before.
